Kokonoe (at SNK Style)

Well, after a few weeks I didn't uploaded any image. Here is the chief of Sector 7, the chief of Makoto, Iron Tager and the one who captured Azrael. She made Lambda-11 to defeat Terumi, and from Lambda-11 came the Idea Engine that Ragna has now. She made a mechanic left arm for Ragna after losing his true one by setting free to Mu-12. She is daughter of Konoe "Nine" Ayatsuki Mercury (a.k.a. Phantom) and Jubei, the niece of Celica Ayatsuki Mercury, who has came back to life with Kokonoe's Chronophantasma. Her full name is Kokonoe Mercury. Even though she is a simple mad scientist, she is an important part of every event that happens.
